CALIBRATION

The most important feature that must be followed for a heat treatment furnace to do its job correctly is that the temperature measurement chain operates smoothly and within the requested standards.

Three categories of testing are required for heat treatment furnace qualification.

• Calibration (sensor and instrument/device)

• System accuracy test (SAT)

• Temperature distribution survey (TUS)

As BDİ Metal, we provide calibration services in accordance with AMS 2750G, CQI-9 and ASTM A991 with the experience we have gained from serving aviation, defense and automotive for years.

​

After BDI Metal pyrometry services calibrate the temperature screens of your furnaces, they check the accuracy of the measurement chain with SAT and finally move on to the TUS application.
