Vacuum heat treatment
Heat treatment can be performed in a completely computer-controlled environment without the risk of decarburization. The entire process takes place in an oxygen-free environment.
You can find furnaces on the market that have the option of cooling in pressurized gas or oil. When low alloy steels are to be hardened in vacuum furnaces, cooling in oil is a must.
It serves many industries such as automotive and aviation parts, aluminum injection and extrusion molds, sheet metal molds , surgical instruments and implant materials.
We can use vacuum furnaces for hardening purposes as well as for many different heat treatments. Thermal treatments that can be done in vacuum furnaces;
