Kübra Nur Akdeniz graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering in 2008.

During the early stages of her career, she held positions in quality management, quality assurance, process control, calibration, and supplier development at various companies. Between 2019 and 2023, she served as a Quality Management Consultant for various firms.

​

Akdeniz, who started working as a Project Coordinator at BDI Metal in December 2023, coordinates technical consultancy, industrial furnace and equipment projects, calibration, training, and field studies in the fields of metallurgy and heat treatment.

​

Akdeniz, an internal auditor under the ISO/IEC 17025 standard, specializes in measurement uncertainty, instrument calibration, Temperature Homogeneity Testing (THS), and System Accuracy Testing (SAT).

​

She has received training in the heat treatment of aluminum and steel materials, steel standards and alloys, and pyrometry according to AMS2750, CQI-9, ASTM A991, and API 6A standards.

​

Akdeniz contributed to professional activities as a substitute member of the Board of Directors of the Istanbul Branch of the Chamber of Metallurgical and Materials Engineers of the Union of Turkish Engineers and Architects (TMMOB) in two separate periods between 2020 and 2024.
