BDI prioritizes the security and confidentiality of all customer information it communicates with. Within the framework of these rules, BDI has outlined in this handbook how it will use customer information, how it will be shared, and under what conditions.
The purpose of these rules is to set out how we use customer information and your rights regarding it.
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and BDI does not sell this information to others. We only share personally identifiable information as described below:

Personnel performing certain activities on behalf of BDI include receiving and delivering samples, fulfilling audit requests, sending emails, removing repetitive information from customer lists, processing credit card payments, and analyzing data. Such third-party entities only have access to the information necessary to perform these activities and may not use this information for any other purpose. BDI secures such information through contracts with third parties.

For whatever reason, at BDI's sole discretion, we believe it is appropriate to: Fulfill requests for information to comply with the law, regulations, or government or legal requests; Share personally identifiable information for the purpose of taking legal action against individuals who violate BDI's access rules or other regulations; or otherwise protect BDI.

Customer information we obtain from various sources (including complaints and objections) is treated entirely within the scope of confidentiality and kept as confidential information.

Except for information made publicly available by our customers or agreed upon by BDI and the customer (for example, to respond to complaints), all other information is considered proprietary and confidential.
Protection of Information
To prevent unauthorized access, we apply strict security rules regarding the storage and sharing of information provided to us by the customer.
Customer Rights
Among the rights BDI has regarding the information held about the customer, it may, for example, request that we provide a list and description of this information, request that we correct any inaccurate information, or contact us through one of the communication methods and inform us that we do not consent to the continued use of this information by us.
